Hey babes — Happy Wednesday! I’m forever on the hunt for skincare that actually gets it. My skin and I have a complicated relationship, and living under that strong Caribbean sun in Puerto Rico keeps things interesting.

One non-negotiable I swear by? SPF. Real SPF. And no, protecting your skin does not mean smelling like a vintage Panama Jack bottle from 1998.

I know I must have talked about this before… but I’m saying it again because it’s that important.

SPF is not just for beach days. You need it every single day — rain, thunder, cloudy skies, sunny days, and yes… even if you’re staying inside your house.

UV rays don’t take days off. They come through windows, screens, car windshields, and they are the #1 reason skin ages faster. Fine lines, sunspots, loss of elasticity… all roads lead back to skipping SPF.

If you care about aging gracefully (not aggressively ), SPF is non-negotiable.
